Publishing Services

Amazon and Ebook Publishing Services That Make Self-Publishing Simple

By the time you type the last word of a manuscript, you’ve already given it months or years of effort. Then the store dashboards ask about trim sizes, file formats, royalty plans, categories, keywords and tax forms, and suddenly it feels like starting over. Our team works inside Kindle Direct Publishing and the major ebook stores every week, so we know which choices matter, which ones trip authors up and how to set your book up properly the first time. That means fewer rejected uploads, fewer surprises in the previewer and listings that look as though a full publishing house stood behind them.

Publish only on Amazon, or go wide to every major store from one set of files: you choose, and we explain the trade-offs honestly. You never sign your book away. It’s published under your name, on accounts you own, with royalties paid straight to you. If the manuscript still needs polish, we can arrange professional book editing and a clean interior from our book formatting team. Need a stronger first impression? Our book cover designers create covers that read well at thumbnail size and fit KDP’s print templates. You approve each step, and the price is agreed in writing first.

What we cover

Self-Publishing Help for Books of Every Genre

Every genre has its own readers, store categories and expectations for how a book should look. Our team adjusts the layout, metadata and launch plan to suit the kind of book you’ve written, rather than pushing every title through the same template.

01 / 12

Fiction

Novels and novellas need smooth chapter navigation, tidy scene breaks and a description that hooks a browser within a few lines. We set up all three, so readers who sample your opening want to keep turning pages.

02 / 12

Non-Fiction

Idea-driven and practical books depend on clear headings, a working table of contents and well-chosen subcategories. We structure your book so readers find answers quickly and stores shelve it beside the right titles.

03 / 12

Self-Help

Guides built around exercises, prompts or checklists can fall apart on a small screen. We keep your lists, callouts and action steps neat on phones, tablets and e-readers, so the advice stays easy to follow.

04 / 12

Children’s Book

Picture books and early readers usually need fixed-layout files so every illustration stays beside its words. We recommend the right format for each store and test the pages so the artwork looks bright and sharp.

05 / 12

Mystery/Thriller

Suspense fans shop by subgenre, from cozy whodunits to psychological thrillers. We help you choose precise categories and search terms so your book appears in front of readers who want exactly that kind of tension.

06 / 12

Science Fiction

Sci-fi often brings invented terms, maps and technical asides. We make sure special characters display properly, glossaries link where they should and your imagined future reads smoothly on any device.

07 / 12

Fantasy

Big fantasy books come with maps, family trees and several points of view. We place images carefully, keep chapter headings consistent and make long, layered stories simple to navigate from start to end.

08 / 12

Romance

Romance readers are loyal and often read a whole series in a week. We set up series links, matching branding and back-matter pointers so someone who finishes one book can find the next in seconds.

09 / 12

Disaster/Dystopian

Dark, near-future stories overlap several categories at once. We help position your book where fans of bleak, thought-provoking fiction actually browse, without blurring the qualities that make your story different.

10 / 12

Action/Adventure

Fast-moving stories benefit from short, punchy descriptions and bold cover thumbnails. We pair your book with metadata that signals pace and stakes, so the readers who love a chase click through.

11 / 12

Horror/Suspense

Horror readers like to know what kind of fear they’re buying. We help you describe your book honestly, pick categories from supernatural to psychological and present it to people who enjoy a good scare.

12 / 12

Historical Fiction

Stories set in the past often carry author’s notes, maps or endnotes. We format these extras cleanly and choose categories by era and setting, so readers who love history can discover your book.

How it works

Our Book Publishing Process

Consultation and Quote

Reach out by form, chat or phone and tell us about your book. We ask about formats, your audience and where you want to sell, then send a written quote with a clear scope and timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

Project discussion on a video call

Manuscript Review

We read through your file to see whether it’s ready to publish. We look for formatting problems, missing front matter, low-resolution images and anything else that could cause a rejection or a poor reader experience, and explain what we find.

Editing, Formatting & Proofreading

If your text needs a final proofread or a deeper edit, we arrange it. Then we build a Kindle file, a reflowable EPUB for other stores and a print interior with correct trim size, margins and page numbers, each tested on real devices.

Book project proposal workspace

Cover Design

Your cover has to work as a tiny search thumbnail and as a full paperback wrap. We create a new design or adapt your existing one to each store’s rules and the KDP template, sizing the spine to your page count.

Metadata and Listings

We write or refine your book description, choose categories and research the keywords real readers type into store search bars. You review the wording, so it sounds like you and describes your book honestly.

Book layout workspace

Uploading and Submission

We set up or connect your KDP and store accounts in your own name, then upload files, cover, pricing and territory settings. Once you approve every listing, we submit your book for review at each store you chose.

Launch and Distribution

When the stores approve your book, we check every listing and send you live links. If you want a push, we can plan advance review copies, launch emails, Amazon ads and targeted social posts for your genre.

Earn Royalties and Ongoing Support

The stores pay royalties straight into your accounts. We show you how to read your sales reports, change prices, run promotions and upload new versions, and a real person replies within one business day if questions come up.

We split the work into clear stages, so you always know what’s happening, what we need from you and when your book will go live. Most books move from final manuscript to published in one to three weeks, depending on how many stores and formats you choose.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Straight answers about our publishing services. Can’t see your question? Ask us directly.

Talk to our publishing team about your book.

What is self-publishing?

Self-publishing means you release your book yourself instead of selling the rights to a traditional publisher. You decide the cover, the price and the stores, and the royalties come to you. You can do every task yourself or bring in a partner like AMZ United Press for the technical work, while the book and its accounts stay yours.

Should I publish only on Amazon or in every store?

Amazon is the biggest bookstore, and KDP Select puts your ebook in Kindle Unlimited, but it must stay exclusive to Amazon for each 90-day term. That often suits series fiction with heavy readers. Going wide to Apple Books, Kobo, Barnes & Noble and Google Play reaches readers who don’t shop on Amazon. We help you weigh both before you decide.

How much do your publishing services cost?

Uploading to Amazon KDP and most ebook stores is free; the stores take their share only when a copy sells. The real costs come from editing, cover design, formatting and marketing. Our publishing services start from $349, with the final price based on what your book needs. You always get a written quote first, and packages are on our pricing page.

How long does it take to publish a book?

Amazon usually reviews a new title within about three days, and other stores vary. Once we have your final manuscript and cover, most projects are ready to submit within one to three weeks. Print editions can take a few extra days if you order a proof copy first.

How much royalty can I earn on Amazon?

Kindle ebooks earn either 35% or 70% of the list price, depending on your price and the plan you choose; the 70% option has price limits and a small delivery fee. Paperbacks pay 60% of the list price minus printing costs. We explain the numbers clearly so you can price with confidence.

Do I need an ISBN for my book?

Kindle ebooks don’t need one, because Amazon assigns its own identifier. For paperbacks and hardcovers, KDP offers a free ISBN, or you can buy your own. A free KDP ISBN lists Amazon’s imprint, while your own lets you use your own publisher name. We help you choose.

Can I make changes to my book after publishing?

Yes. You can update the interior, cover, description, keywords and price at any time through your store dashboards. Changes go through a short review before they appear. If you’d rather not do it yourself, we can prepare and upload revised files for you as a small follow-up job.

How can I earn money by publishing a book online?

The main source is royalties: each store pays you a share of every sale. Selling on several stores widens your reach, and adding print or audio editions gives readers more ways to buy. We never promise sales figures, but we do set your book up properly to sell.

Do I keep the rights and royalties to my book?

Yes. Your book is published on accounts in your name, the stores pay you directly and you keep 100% of your rights and royalties. We never take a percentage of your sales, and you’re free to update or unpublish your book whenever you choose.
